Looks like the 100+ degree days may be behind us. Still working a number of pool maintenance and house projects....but the Nexus has been idle long enough, time to start again. Formed the aft spar for the vertical stabilizer. Actually I made two (as usual) because I did not leave enough excess on either end of the original spar to accomodate tolerances during the bending. The second spar widths are within .01 of nominal. Also built the .125 thick spar stiffener. Thank goodness for the band saw!
