Spent some time aligning, then drilled the forward spar to the aft bulkhead. I did not like where the attach bolts were going to fall if I used the location that I layed out from the plans, so instead, I will be using 4 bolts to attach the spar rather than 2. It will have an upper and lower bolt in each attach pad.
