Brief Description: Built New Bending Brake Nose Piece
The bend radius that I have on the aft spars I built are about 0.15 inches. This is a generous radius that I normally like to provide...however, the aft spar has some nested parts that need to fit close to the flange. Therefore, the bend radius needs to be small enough to allow tighter nesting. I decided to make another nose block for the bending brake. The radius on this one is about 0.10 inches. (just slightly greater than 3t for .032 material)
