Started work on the throttle quadrant mount. I searched the internet and was not able to find nice knobs like Dick had on his quadrant, so rather than making one, I am just goint to purchase the same one they use in RV-8s. Probably a bit more expensive, but it allows me to keep moving forward. Image 1 shows the inner mount structure while image 2 shows the outer mount plate that is installed with nutplates on the bulkheads to facilitate quadrant installation. (There are also nutplates installed on on the mount in image 1) In general, this installation was pretty straight forward and satisfying, however, I never miss an opportunity to generate more scrap parts along the way.
