Brief Description: Bellcrank longeron clean up

Drilled the attach holes for the bellcrank brackets in the lower fuselage longerons. Also drilled the longeron holes up to full size.

Used the wood block as the bellcrank bracket spacer for proper location

Not shown, but I used the laser level to stike the location of the bellcrank bracket
