Brief Description: Tweeking the fit of the RH skin
Worked to get a better fit of the Right Hand skin bend. The goal is to have the skin fit fit snuggly without needing much force to hold the contour of the bulkhead. By lowering the load, the hope is that I will avert future potential cracking of flanges on the bulkheads.......and to satisfy my OCD. The method I used was to tweek the bend until it fit on the bulkhead form blocks without having to be forced ...much. I used a 3 inch PVC pipe to assist in the bending.
Used the PVC pipe to make a tighter bend at the Center, and decrease the bend 5 inches down.
