Crawled inside the tailcone and drilled through the bulkhead pilot holes into the skins. I started at the top of the center bulkheads and worked the skin down and fore/aft from there. It involved a lot of crawling in and out of the fuselage since I drilled it in by myself. It can be done that way, but would be easier with a friend (or my son if he wasn't always at his girlfriends house...)
