I am not a big fan of the 2x4 supported bulkhead fixture concept. Too many variables to align with warped wood (and all wood is warped). As a result, I am using the side angles to do the initial alignment of the bulkheads. The intent is to get things close, then insert the wood 2x4s to firm things up as an afterthought. That way I can make adjustments to one thing at a time. Did some initial work in this area tonight....but I can tell this is going to take a while to get it right.
