Now that I have a press brake with sufficient capacity, I fabricated the landing gear fittings. This should have taken me a lot less time, but it turns out that the two bends are so close to one another that when you form the second bend, the first leg fouls with the press brake blade. I ended up modifying the blade to create clearance for this fouling. Once the parts were made, I then adjusted the flatness by bumping them in various ways in the press until there was no wobbling when they sit on the face of the spar.
