Worked on the fixture to try and make sure no twist is possible this time. Added a fitted block to the aft end of the fixture. The bulkhead clecos go into the wood block and anchor the fuselage firmly. This is in addition to the bolts on the top of the aft bulkhead.
To ensure that the aft bulkhead is exactly perpendicular to the aircraft centerline, I taped a mirror to the bulkhead. Then, when I shot the laser down the centerline, I simply had to look at where the reflected beam fell and adjust the bulkhead until the reflection was right on the laser source.
