Had a power failure at work, so I took off early and worked on a bulkheads. Bought some scotchbrite disks for the die grinder to assist in deburring the slots. Works great. Really speeds up the process. I will spend extra time smoothing the inner flange of 142.625 prior to bending. It looks like it will need to stretch quite a bit.
