Brief Description: Pre Rotator Drive Alignment & Belt Tension
For alignment of 4” & 9”drive wheels for pre rotator I torque prop to 9” to 180 in. lbs. (Cross pattern with temporary lock nuts) Also 4” torque to 180 in. lbs.. Aligned 4” & 9” drive wheels and adjusted belt so it resting on bottom guide bushing. Adjusted other guide bushings.
Note: Upper bearing block plate and spacing of upper bearing block effect belt tension and drive wheels alignment. Takes some time to get it right.
