Spent Extra Time Here Drilling out powder coating, de burring & pre fitting parts is very time consuming. Image 1 - Instruments Pod L bracket not in manual till later but need to go on now. Crush plugs in place & upper keels attached to nose. Keel plate still not torque down to mast and front & back Keel. Need frame loose to fit everything together.
Front wheel on was easy and fast. Two more to go before we can stand on our own thee feet. He Hee.
Note Image 2 Upper Left & Right Keels. If any crush plugs slide out of place you will have to tear upper keel down to put it back in place.
I used some old bolts I had to hold crush plugs in place, but chop sticks or anything else could work too. Best not to use bolts from kit so you do not roll the treads or scratch them.
