Started on the F-705 bulkhead. I fabricated most of the parts before I started. Used the bandsaw to cut the tapered ends of the bent piece that will end up receiving the rear wing spar. After cutting the bottom bar to the proper length I clampled it to my drilling table and clecoed it down to the table as I drilled every other hole. Then went back and drilled the rest. Using the bottom predpunched piece as a layout worked great. Next I clamped the tappered pieces in place and drilled them out as well. Started on the seatbelt brackets. This was time consuming because you want to make sure you clamp everything really tight. Was getting late so will be back to hit it in the morning.
