Clecoed HS-710 and 714 angles to Hs-702 front spar. Final drilled holes inboard of the designated holes. Removed and used bandsaw to remove material and final ground on scotchbrite wheel and radiused ends of angles. Time to bend the 6 degree angle but having a hard time to decide the right spot.
