Did not get as much done yesterday as I thought I would. Continued on with the tunnel cover that I marked up for drill holes and the angled bend line. First I drilled the holes on the drill press and then started the bend in the vice. The manual says to make the bend 1/4 inch so I finished it by clamping it to the edge of the work bench and using the edge benders. They are wider than the 2 and 3/4 in cover plate so it worked great.Next I fabricated the tunnel cover side pieces. There were several mesured cuts and then you match drill the cover for the flush rivets. I will complete this tomorrow.
