Brief Description:  Removed VS Skin

Thursday night, 18Feb16, I spent 1.2 hours in the shop. Just the act of removing the clecos and removing the blue vinyl from both sides of the vertical stabilizer skin took about 30 minutes. The rest of this short evening was taking apart the remainder of the vertical stabilizer sub-structure. I then studied ahead on the plans, practiced countersinking on scrap, and set up the shop for countersinking on Saturday. Countersinking is using a special drill head to make a cone-indentation in thick metal; it's purpose is to allow a dimpled skin to sit flush in the countersunk hole so that a flush rivet can remain flush.
