Traced and ohm checked all radio wiring to find why the intercom didn't work and the transponder seemed wrong. Found that the intercom power was wired to the instrument switch and not the radio switch. When I originally tested the electronics, I turned on one system at a time. Fixed the problem. Checked all wiring for the encoder/transponder and it is correct. Will re-energize and check again. Then, if still questionable, will take transponder, encoder and antenna to radio shop.
