Much time is spent trimming the baffles so the cowl can fit together. I found it easiest to use snips to trim the baffles. I them removed them and deburred the edges with the bench grinder and sandpaper. The baffles need trimming around the cylinders. Attaching the clips to the separate baffle segments helps to solidify them. I began to run the spark plug wires from the magnetos. This in encouraging because it looks like it is starting to come together. Take your time with the baffles as several iterations of trimming, fitting, and trimming again is necessary. Better to trim too little and need to trim some more than trim too much too soon.
