Aerotronics designed three placards to place behind control knobs. The placards were for 'Parking Brake', Emergency FAB Bypass', and 'Front and Read Heat'. It was necessary to remove the cables from their previous routing in order to install the placards. This is difficult for the heat controls as they connect in the engine compartment behind the engine. Not much room to work there. The most ackward is probably the parking brake. The brake control resides on the firewall, high and fwd of the instrument panel. I am nearly on my head upside down trying to make those connections.
