I attached the flaps to the wing. It was necessary to adjust the flap attachments to the wing so they would swing without friction on the hinges. The ailerons were attached and with the previous alignment to neutral position they lined up perfectly to the flaps. I then attached the wing tips. It was necessary to install the aft, inbd rib in the wing tips and once I did this the wing tips aligned with the ailerons and flaps.
