Once moved to the hanger I had room to attach the tail feathers. They were already finished just needed to be attached. All bolts were torqued. The elevator needed to be adjusted some to assure 35 degrees up and 25 degrees down deflection. After installing the vertical stabelizer I attached the elevator trim servo and ran the cables back to the trim tabs. I adjusted the cables to achieve 35 degrees down deflection on both. During up deflection the right moves up about 20 degrees; the left becomes neutral. All as expected. I attached the rudder the the vertical stabelizer.
