Finished fitting the upper and lower cowl to each other so there was a 1/32 gap between the two. Placed the piano hinges on the lower then upper cowl. Drilled for rivets, machine countersunk the holes then placed rivets. Purchased the pin with retaining tab from Van's. Needed to cut out a space in the upper cowl so the pin would sit flush. Placed a nutplate behind the clip so a screw would hole the clip in place.
