I had earlier run 2 guage welding wire for my battery wires. I changed them to 0 guage stranded aviation wire instead. It was more difficult to run, especially when I ran the transponder wire with the positive battery wire. But Shawn Cogan and I ran both the positive and negative wires. I have ordered the Weilen strobe mount from Van's and when it arrives will mount the transponder on the left side wall of the empennage. I mounted the left fuel tank after assuring it had no air leaks. Next I will need to place the 18 bolts that hold the tank to the wing spar.
