I finished fitting the Aerosun VX lights to the wing tips, sanding around the perimeters of the lights so they move easily in their space. I also added an additional layer of cloth to the inside outboard surface where the light contacts to assure solid fit. I then read through and was assured the flaps were built correctly. I attached the pushrod assembly to the inboard edged and placed the brass bushings in the six flap attachment brackets. I also attached the springs for the aileron trim to the aileron pushrod. In addition, I routed the electrical lines for the aileron trim against an inbd rib to keep them away from the trim mechanism. I placed an Adele clamp on the rib to keep the wire clear.
