Necessary to place a doubler, or backer plate inside the skin where I mount the Garmin Heated Pitot/AOA tube. I placed an angle iron next to the rib to add support for the backer plate. Then drilled the backer plate to the angle iron. As the pitot tube goes into this space, the airspeed and AOA tubes would strike the aileron pushtube. Therefore it was necessary to bend those tubes so that they run under and fwd of the aileron pushtube. I then need to create a service loop of tubing when I want to back out this entire arrangement.
