Began fabricating the pushrod to aileron, the pushrod to aileron bellcrank and the bellcrank. The pushrod end fittings were placed an I drilled 3/32 then 1/8 holes and then deburred the holes. Sort of out of the usual step where you drill, debur, then drill bigger. I think I saved some time. The pushrod to aileron bellcrank I drilled the conventional way. I will prime al the inside surfaces at the same time. The bushing that goes into the bellcrank needs to be 1/32 to 1/16 longer on each end of the bellcrank so I need to grind down the excess bellcrank.
