It fitting the brakes to wheels and then onto landing strut, it is necessary to grind away a small portion from the braket which houses the brake to wheel point so the brake line fitting does not rub against the bracket. Once wheel bearings were greased, I tightened then loosened the axle nut to set the bearings and then per directions drilled through the axle to secure a cotter pin. I am leaving to cotter pin out for now as I will remove the landing gear to exit the garage. We then lifted the project off the rolling stand and it now rests on its landing gear. The fwd end was weighted down with 4 cement blocks to counterbalance the heavy empennage until engine is mounted.
