I attached the right door onto the fuselage and with threaded points in the aft and fwd pushrods, marked where on the door frames to drill holes for the pushrods. After drilling I attached the delrin blocks to the door frame and was then able to close the door into correct position. The center cam from the PlaneAround 180 latch was easy to install. I positioned it with the set screw then drilled the 1/8 " hole through the shaft. After cutting off the length flush with the cam using a sawzall, I placed the pin through the cam and cam shaft. Using a vise grip to squeeze the pin into place works well. Then I attached the gas piston to hold the door open per Van's instructions.
