Drilled holes through the side channels of the door into the aft door section of the cabin. Drilled #30 then #12. Moved clamps fwd and drilled through fwd side channels of the door and into the fwd door section #30 then #12. Attached the gussets to the bulkhead side channels. First had to shave some off the outboard upper gussets so they would not interfere with the door frame. Then bent the upper side channels toward the door frame, placed the gussets then match drilled #30 the gussets to the side channels.
