Out of AT6-035 I cut to length aluminum tube to fabricate the two sections of elevator push rod assembly. Positioned, drilled the riveted in place the threaded rod end assemblies on push rods. Needed to safety wire the fwd end of the most fwd push rod where it attaches to the control column. Primed the inside, primed the outside then painted them to match the interior paint color gray. Placed them into position. Also fabricated the aileron pushrod assemblies with threaded rod end attachments. These were primed and finish painted to match the interior gray color. Also attached flexible steel braided fuel lines to the Andair fuel valve running fwd to the fuel filter and aft to the fitting in the center bulkhead. This fitting will then route to each wing.
