Brief Description:  Routing conduit

In order to direct wiring from the empennage to the instrument panel, I elected to run conduit. I purchased 1 1/4 plastic flexible conduit from Menard's and routed it from the empennage through the baggage ribs, rear seat ribs and up to the bulkhead side channels. In order accomplish this routing it was necessary to fabricate a hole large enough in the rear seat ribs to accept passage of the conduit. After fabricating the hole, I placed doubler plates on the ribs to add stability. I plan to route electrical wires and static air lines through this conduit. I will place sufficient pull wires through the conduit to accomodate further lines I need to pass through here.
