I looked for a stubby 3/8 socket in 1/4 inch drive. Sears, tractor supply, menards and none of the autostores had them. I heard Snap-On tools had one but their price is high. So I cut my 3/8 socket in half and replaced it with a new socket for $2.99. With this stubby socket I was able to reach all of the nuts to the bolts that secured the landing gear mount to the bulkhead. All the bolts were torqued 24 inch pounds. I installed the side vents for back seat passengers. These needed to be fabricated from parts. I plan to purchase the Aerosport overhead console and install NACA vents in the empennage to route air with a controller into the overhead console.
