Brief Description: Adding side skins

Clecoed the mid side skins to the fuselage structure. Match drilled all the #40 holes that had common holes to fuselage skeleton. Final drilled all #30 holes. Mated the mid fuselage longeron to the Gusset and match drilled #30 the mating holes.
