Clecoed the bell crank angles to the bellcrank ribs and match drilled the #30 holes. Fabricated the spacer and positioned over the horizontal stabelizer attachment angle. Held in place with double sided carpet tape. Placed the longerons between the left and right skins and the bulkheads and frames. Placed the aft deck and stop/doubler in place.
