Deburred all the edges of the trim tab and trim tab spar. Dimpled skins of trim tab. trimmed shaded areas from trim tab horns. Clecoed them into place. Placed spar into ribs and riveted spar to lower skin using back riveting technique. Primed mating surfaces first. Noticed a 1/32 skin crackat the edge of the trim tab, right where the ends of the trim tabs were bent 90 degrees to close up the ends. Will talk with Van's to see what to do. Cleaned out the trailing edge holes of the elevator of tank sealant preparing to rivet that trailing edge.
