Preparing the elevator trim tab part. Cut foam ribs and etched with 180 grit sandpaper the mating surfaces of rib to skin. Made a brake to finish the bend in the trim tab to have an aerodynamic trailing surface. Cut out trim tab clamps to hold trim tab stable while foam ribs are secured with tank sealant. Added counterbalance weights to counterbalance arms of elevator.
