Scuffed the mating surfaces of the ribs, spars, and skins. Cleaned those surfaces with acetone. Sprayed 7220 self-etching primer and covered with a layer of lacquer primer. Riveted the outboard tip ribs to the inboard tip ribs. Began riveting the tip rib skins to those ribs.
