Dimpled the skins of the opposite horizontal stabelizer. Cleaned away all scratches and roughened surfaces for priming. Washed all surrfaces of horizontal stabelizer in preparation for priming. Then cleaned with MEK to prepare for prime. Will let set overnight so everything dries.
