It took me the last three days to get half of the wing stand mounted & put the wing in place. Drilling a matched hole in concrete is quite difficult to do & keep it straight. The masonary bits seem to wonder quite a bit. When using a hammer drill, its really hard to notice the bit is drifting till you go to match up the post. I had to abandon one set of holes and start over. I finally when to the store & got a bunch of mason bits & started out with a 1/8" hole & stepped it up size by size till I got to the desired 1/2" hole.... Alot of freaking frusterating work! Especially, since I was drilling the garage floor that I worked so hard to finish last year. I plan on filling these holes with epoxy & recoating the floor when I move to the airport. Now, I just need to wait for my leveling jacks to come. They should be here on Monday so that gives me time to get the other wing section to the same point.
