Brief Description:  Main Spar Swiss Cheese :-)

"We've had rain for the past week straight & had Kim's Dad here from Texas. So, I haven't made any real head way just a little work here & there. I did manage to get the following done.

- Counter sunk the main spar to accept skin dimples & access plate dimples. This was a bit nerve- wracking for me because the counter-sinks need to be quite a bit larger & deeper than one would think. I had to go through and counter-sink twice because my first run though was not quite enough to allow the .025 out board skin to sit flush.

- Dimpled the leading edge skin(s) for the attachement to the main spar.... Yep, I mis-dimpled a hole and had to add supporting rivet to either side of the ""miss"" & I will assemble with JB Weld in the dimple per Van's to fill the void in the dimple. Ugh! I haven't pulled that trick since the very beginning. Duh!

- I'm currenly in the middle of hole deburring & dimpling the wing skeleton. What a mondain task!!!"
