Brief Description:  Completed the leading edge sections

"Yet another weekly catch up log entry... This week was dedicated to wrapping up the leading edge assemblies. On Tuesday prego (kim) came out and lended a helping hand dimpling the remaining leading edge pieces parts. She is becoming such a pro!!! We knocked out the skins in no time.

- throughout the week, I assembled the leading edge sections, dimpled the ribs, installed platenuts as needed and several other misc. tasks to prep for final assembly.

- I started riveting the ribs in place... Man it's been a bit since i banged some rivets. I was a bit rusty at first but in no time, I was in full swing. Bill came over sunday and helped me wrap up the riveting. It's awesome when you have a second set of hands! We left the inboard rib unriveted and clecoed in place for future tank fitting where I'll need to remove the leading edge while leaving tank in place. I'll explain more on this later.

- I also found my solution to the tie-down bracked conundrum... The problem here is that the base of the tie-down bracket sits about 1/8th of an inch away from the skin so you cant tighten the tie-down loop bolt without damaging the skin. My solution here is 5/8 x 1/4"" tall aluminum spacers I found online. I still need to finalize the skin holes to fit the spacer. I'll wrap that up when i fit the tanks."
