"Went over to Bill's this morning for a couple hours to give him a hand riveting on the upper forward fuselage. It was fun riveting up under the sub-panel and firewall!!! I have cuts an bruses to prove my effort. When I got home, I was feeling pretty lazy and laid around with Kim on the couch most of the day watching a ""Taboo"" marathon. I did finally get my butt up & worked on the plane for a little bit.
-Fabricated the (4) W-726 spacers & bore a 3/4"" lightening hole (I dont have a 1"" unibit) Better put that on the shopping list.
- Tapped the backet for 3/8-16 tie down eyebolts... I got the nice SS tie downs from Cleaveland tool. These are super nice! & way better looking then putting cheap Home Depot hardware (as suggested) on $100K+ airplane.. IMHO."
