Squeegied an "Epoxy shell" on the Fairings the other day and let the epoxy setup. Put a second coat on after about 4 hours... It didn't turnout too pretty so I spent a ton of time sanding the shell to a fit finish. All turned out well enought to turn over to the painter down the road. Pre-koted the finished product and primed with AKZO. Ithen pushed on and installed the aluminum Nav-strobe ring and the light. What do you know a complete, ready to attach rudded. Gotta love Plug & Play status of parts :-)
