Brief Description: Misc Rudder & Rod End Bearing Wrench
No real work today. Just tinkering around a bit after re-caulking a shower. I made this rod end bearing ( for MC3614M's) wrench out of PVC. Not sure if it's an original idea or not... Probably not since I aready knew what I was doing before I did it. I must have seen this somewhere, I forget. And I numbered / marked the orientation of the rivets in the tailing edge of the rudder. Tomorrow is going to be the "big-day". I'm going to pull the angle off of the rudder & start the double flush riveting process. I'm planning on alternating the orientation of each rivet in the sequence... Hopefully, avoiding the dredded "hook". We shall see how it goes.
