Doesn't look like much for 2.5 hours... But my process is edge debur, matchdrill then hole debur and VS 808 pp was a total PITA to debur. that alone was probably 1.5 hours. I had to hit it with the bench sander, then the 6 inch 3m debur wheel and then finally finish off with the 2inch & 1 inthch wheels... I' m a bit of a perfectionist. I'm happy with how it turned out. I clecoed the VS spar and match drilled the spar (VS 803, 808 & the hinge fixtures). Tomorrow I will finish ribs, front spar & skin. Hopefully, I'll have the first priming session on Sunday.
