"The right tank presure test went off without a hitch and was called complete earlier in the week.
I used a digital manometer to pressure test the tanks at 1 PSI, using this method i could measure down to a thousandth of a PSI. Granted the slightest change in tempeture would change the pressure in the tank... Even a warm hand touching the the outter surface would raise the pressure in the tank a few thousanths of a PSI. The great thing is that the even the slightest pin hole shows up instantly with a constant unwinding of pressure.
The left tank, I had a leak around the fuel cap flange, specifically on the inside where the vent line support clip attaches to the cap flange. I gooped this up with pro-seal the best I could using my finger to mash the sealant around the support clip attach point. There was also a very slight gap between the cap flange and the outter skin ( less than a finger nail gap) in this same area. I thinned some sealant down with toluene to the point where I could suck it up in a syringe and flow it into the ""gap""... after this cured for a couple days I retested the tank & all proved to be a wrap. Below are my test results.
