Brief Description: Wing Locker Cut Out in Top Skin
It took a lot for me to start cutting into the top skin for the Locker. When the wing was on its back I drilled a hole in the top skin to mark each corner. Started to cut it out with a cut off wheel on a Dremel. Took too long and used too many wheels. Resorted to a saber saw, snips and a file. I'm real happy with it with the exception of the front corners around the hinge. On the Left wing I will cut a four sided hole for the locker. On this wing I cut all the way to the the front edge of the top skin. The drawings seem to show it this way. Doing it this way leaves a less than appealing area near each end of the hinge. Most people won't notice but I'm sure I'll point it out to everyone who will listen.
