Bottom skin lines up with the skin holes plus minus 1/16" from the centerline of the ribs. Also the tie down opening is off about 1/8". Will have to pack out from the rib. Also noticed the bottom of the rear ribs are about 3/32" lower than the rear channel. I suppose shiming will be in order. Will check with Zenith Air for recommendation.
Sandwiching the skin between two 2x4 help keep the noodle managable.
