Assembled the table starting the process in the garage and then moving it into the basement. I-Joist are about as straight as a beam of light. Perfect for the table. Finished up thte table on Sunday. Flat well within .060" over the entire surface. A granite surface plate might be a little better, but not by much.
Stupid support column. Doesn't look like it would be too much in the way but it does make it tough.
